Need Help: Why is my texts on Italics ?

    Can someone help me with this prob?
    My browser has been showing some fonts on italics. Not all but some .. like all adsense.

    I've been trying to figure out what triggers this. Just found out that some Windows font could be italics too. Like Windows Is Shutting Down words are in italics.

    I looked at Control Panel's Display and see nothing that should triggers this. I looked in my Firefox option and see nothing too..Can anyone tell me what actually happen or where else to probe?

    Huh? What's that? I've tried to refresh a few times and used TweakUi repair font to no avail.

    This is so annoying .. seeing 30 % of your fonts in italics..Arg! this is driving me nuts

    Do you have system restore to put your machine back to a time before this problem?

    Tried system restore but funny, it didn't work (restored to a few wks before, a few times).

    Fryman, thanks for that link. I had the same problem like him, just plus +20 % more but my adsense are mostly on italics. Thank's a lot ! Will check if firefox is the prob

    Okay problem is now solved. Thanks to all that offer suggestions.

    It actualy came when I downloaded MSAS ( Mambo Server ). The program created a shortcut to Arial path on my font folder. So, all arial path crazily becomes italics. System restore didn't work because it's the font file and not config file (i think).

    If others got the same prob, see this page http://www.tweakxp.com/article37501.aspx . Oh Mambo server, why did you do that ? You nearly send me to a mental institution.

    Yeah sorry for not seeing this earlier but exactly the same thing happened to me after a mambo MSAS local server install...did the restore etc and nothing.

    Had to reinstall all the default fonts again...was driving me crazy too.
