I recently purchased adultwatch script from isoftscripts for $249.but script wasn't working on my server.i paid them $50 for server setup and they promised will be done in 1-2 days.after 4 days it was still not done.i requested refund so some one els can setup the server.i didn't hear any thing from them for 24 hours.so i dispute that transaction. they refunded me back for sever setup.but they removed my account from thier client aread and deleted my site they were working on.now i don't have any thing for $249.i check with paypal but they said they won't be able to help because it was not purchased from ebay.so now after spending $249 and waiting for 6 days i have nothing. isoftscripts policies with purchasing that script is 3 months free updates.and life time support.but right now i don't even have access to my account. can they do that??can they just delete my account and what i paid for like that.please advice what can i do . thanks
Sorry to hear that mate.... this is the kind of customer service I hate.. and you paid a lot for nothing... you should have asked here first..
