i just love all in one SEO. its the coolest Plugin for improving your SEO. we all should have this one and its a must.

Personally I think WP-Robot is a very good tool. Not to base your whole site around but sure good to add on additional pages to create free content and rank for more keyphrases.

Plugins are a blessing to Wordpress. The only thing I would add to the list is a cache plugin to help speed up the site.
