    Hello Experts,

I have recently purchased a VPS, earlier I was having reseller account. I moved the accounts through WHM. I am currently facing two problems.

Problem# 1. Few accounts are successfully moved and I could see the accounts on WHM accounts drop down list. But these accounts are showing "Default Web Site Page". (Error: If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact the web site owner:)

    For ex: http://themobilezone.net

Problem# 2: Few accounts are WAP sites, so the disk usage of these kinda accounts are around 18GB. I remember seeing the tar.gz zip file of these accounts were in server(through Shell Login). I am not sure how to locate that zip file and unzip it and make it work. I need help on the list of commands to be used through shell to make it work.

Kindly help me out to solve this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

    Shawkath

How did you transfer the accounts? Did you make sure every file (.tar.gz) was transferred? 18GB might take a while to transfer (and even longer to restore).

If you have the files in tar.gz format, as a full backup, you can restore them through WHM, or even through a shell session. It also looks like your name servers are not set up correctly, or, your zone files need to be edited to suit.

    Thanks MirVB,

I transferred it through WHM. I am sure I saw the tar.gz file of the account. I tried to unzip it through SSH. Its not extracting and came up with following error.

    _____________________________________________

error: Zip file too big (greater than 4294959102 bytes)
    Archive: cpmove-hellogpr-1281361792.tar.gz
End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not
a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the
latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
the last disk(s) of this archive.
unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of cpmove-hellogpr-1281361792.tar.gz or
cpmove-hellogpr-1281361792.tar.gz.zip, and cannot find cpmove-hellogpr-1281361792.tar.gz.ZIP, period.

Do you still have access to the reseller account? If so, does it come with ssh access? What I would suggest, for a large backup like that, is to rsync the backup to the new server, and then do an account restore from the new VPS.
