Ok guys I am looking to purchase a certain website (remains nameless) and I just wanted some help to value it (approx). The site is fairly professional done selling a certain software product. Sales were only made when adwords was in use. Traffic has been 500-600 (average) a month since july. The site has made sales in: July: $160 - 30 adwords cost = $130 August: $125 - $70 adwords cost = $55 *stopped major adwords promotions here* December: $200 - $40 adwords = $160 So thats what the site has made and since the whole revenue was made from adwords promotions I would not have a clue what the site would be worth. Generally for a site like this it would be around 12 months profit if the site did not need adwords but as this does I would not know what to base the price on... It would be great if anyone could suggest a range, just a basic range is needed and ill go up and down from there, so I can determine a fairly decent price with the guy. Thnx, Sam.
sorry..definitely not 12 mths. Unstable revenue if main revenue from using Adwords. Traffic 500-600 is really nothing. Without further info, this site is not worth more than $xx
What sort of info would you need.... Its a unique software piece not a PLR crapy thing... Well done up site and product sells for 25 bucks. If anyone else could give me a range that would be great!!
try something like dnsscoop or siteestimator and see what they say.. I wouldn't think it was worth more than a couple of hundred at the most..
