Need help using DZsoft PHP editor

Can someone tell me how to get DZSOFT to accept my FTP information? I am able to click "ADD" and to add my FTP info, including server, user name, and password -- but when I hit "OK", I get a message saying that the information I supplied was incomplete -- Tmake matters worse, I can't go back to fix it because it clears out all the information that I provided it so I have to start over again.

try to check your port, ftp port is 21 if im not mistaken sftp is 22

 

Thanks for the response. THe software automatically supplies the FTP port number as 21. I've e-mailed the company.

I should probably mention that I'm using the demo version of a $49 program -- but if they block FTP use on the demo version, they sure don't publicize that fact on their site or in their demo software

 

DZSOFT ? Never heard about it. Any link ?
