Need Help!! (Urgent)

    Hello Dear Coders
    I need your Help. I have site which is using fiverrscript..
    When I view my gig, I got following error 
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function insert_get_extras() in /home/timmol1/public_html/foureuro.com/temporary/20ce2f29889fb7d2d75d9e23a7cc211ef2d3a6ca.file.view_extra.tpl.php on line 20

    well it is what it says - the insert_get_extras() is not defined, did you forget to include some php library file that contains that function?

    Well I'm newbie for this.. My script was working fine. I compressed my files and then extracted them. After that it was happened..
