Need Help Urgent

    Hi,

    I have one site with ext .net and now i am planning to change .in
    ( Eg: domain.net to domain.in )

    If i change domain will they effect in SERP and page indexation.

    Can any one suggest me. shall i change or not?

    Actually i am from india. Shall i use .in ext for seo benefits.

    yes it will effect the site in the SERPs, as Google will look at it as a new site.

    No i didn't thik so it is possible to change the ext .net to .in for this you have to buy a new domain and Your SERP is must be different.

    yes it will definitely affect if it is changed to .in, as you will tend to rank in google.co.in. if u r targettin google.co.in then .in is the best option.

    Hello Soney,
    I'm having this experience of transfer of domains.
    Use 301 redirect to keep the PageRank of the current domain.
    However, this process is time consuming.
    In Google Webmaster has an option to change the domain, which also helps.

    Yes!! If you change your domain extion. it will effect in SERP and page indexation

    You can redirect your site for eg. domain.net to domain.in

    It will completely change. You can change the domain from google webmaster tool as apic internet suggested you. Then only you can get some benefit..

    301 redirection will help. You might loose some traffic temporarily but eventually you will get your rankings back. You can also read about Google's 'change of address' method.
