Need Help Urgent

Hello DP Guys,

I formatted a pc and have facing some problem after done.I have a bsnl broad band connection with this system.and after connecting with the internet, the system restarts automatically and also at the time of restart it process the checking the file system on c and this same problem occurs repeatedly after each session of start.

Can you please explain me for which problem it restarts automatically ??

Does it restart at exactly the same time each time? Or you can use it for a little while, then it reboots itself? Sometimes bad RAM can cause the system to reboot automagically once some RAM starts to get used.

By the looks of it, I think he has re-installed the OS. If it's scanning the file system (scandisk), most likely it's from a Windows installation.

 

It will be better if you can write what you do and what happens in steps like

1. I turned on computer
2. BIOS passed
3. ....
4.....

It will be much easier to understand.

I think some files are missing or not installed
means OS is not installed properly so you again try to install OS in your pc

 

Thanks for all your valuable comment and @diligenthost, you are right.I have reinstalled OS and when internet connection is disable it works good and after connecting with the internet it restarts automatically.@Kerosene, how do you ask this is a stupid questions, without installing OS how do I connect with internet .I think you have misunderstood this question.Still awaiting for other response..

 

it can be trojan in your PC, nothing wrong in BSNL broadband. Your PC is infected by trojan or worm. Scan it with updated antivirus.

 

Download hijackthis and post it's logfile. that may come handy in solving the problem
