How to blogs work? I am new to them and have written a couple, but never get anything from them. I currently use blogger cause it is free, and I can build everything right there. My question is, who sees it? How do they see it. I think I only see it because it is mine and goes through my account. Do Ineed to to register them somewere besides blogger? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Blogger is a good place to start to get some experience from blogging, Then i would recommend that you make your own domain and do a self hosted wordpress blog, so you have full control over what you put on your blog as blogger has some rules you must follow.
But start with blogger and see how that goes, also comment other people's blogger blogs to bring them to your blog.

Blogging is writing an online diary for things you're passionate about. There are different types of blogs. Some photographers post & maintain their own photo blogs, techies write about the latest in technology and so on.

Who sees it? Anybody can see it, it would be up to you how to market it. If you write a really good post and you think you can get a lot of attention for it, you should try submitting it to social networking sites like Digg. If you hit the front page, putting ads on your site would probably be a good idea, as it would be a great start to monetizing your blogger blog. Then once you start making some decent money from your free blog, use that to buy a domain name and hosting, and make a full blog with wordpress. Then you can really get into blogging.

bolg is writing something online which can be viewed by other persons and is a kind of open online diary. to read your blog people need to visit your blog website. You can give your blog link to other person to see your blog. There are some other online diary which are private and can only viewed by you. Those are like digital diary.

blog is a very good way to express yourself, and to make some extra money. But keep in mind that blog can be a painful thing 1)if you don't like writing 2)if you target English speaking audience and English is not your first language 3) if you simply don't have time for writing. Of course, you can pay $$ and get things done for your, but then there is no reason to start a blog...
