Transferring from a VDS (no ssh) to a shared host, the forum only has a hundred members. Can anyone help me make the move? I don't understand how to do it :(

Copy the all the files to the new host, and compile the config file, and then resolve your domain to your new host ip address, at the same time bind your domain with isp via the Contral Panel!

Step 1.. Zip all files In /public-html/ diretory and download it..
step 2.. take a backup of the MYSQL Database ..
step 3..Change the nameservers in you domain name registrar..
step 4 ...upload the zipped file..and unzip in the new server...
step 5.....create a database in new server..and import the database into it...( using phpmyadmin OR Bigdump)
step 6...change the parameters in /includes/config.php to match with the new details..

if you are not able to do this process after reading the procedure also ..shoot me a pm..i will do it for 5 $...

If the servers use the WHM control panel, it can transfer the sites for you. WHM will transfer the entire site, and databases from the old server to the new server.

But most hosting providers will transfer your site from the old host to the new server free of charge. Asking your new hosting provider if they offer that service.
