Need Help to Verified that Website is working

I was selling game database, and provide installation support at a fee. After my installation when the site seems to run correctly, a few days later buyer is experiencing problem on his site and think that I hack his site. However, when I check the above URL, I dont see any problem (except the annoying popup).

Buyer also send me the following SQL error he see, anyone experience enough to let me know what is the potential reason that lead to the following?

SQL Error:
Query: SELECT * FROM games WHERE cat='Actiune' AND id!='557' ORDER BY

they gave an error or something like

Both of them loaded OK, but a bit slow

 

I got the same message, other then that they loaded fine but somewhat slow.
(I'm in sweden.)

 

Thanks for your time. The message is a popup install by the site owner himself. I think it is some kind of advert, or a reminder to add them to bookmark.
