Need help to move my vbulletin to another server

    Hi guys
    Can someone help me with moving my vbulletin forum to another server?
    what i have done so far is i downloaded my forum to my pc and just uploaded to my
    new server,now its not working,if someone can give some advice would be great...but if someone can do it for me and teach me how to do it ..even better..I will be will to pay for your trouble..

    you say:
    1. you have backed up your database from the old server and restored it to your new server
    2. you can moved all vbulletin related files from the old server to the new server

    have you updated the contents of the the config.php file located in the includes folder?

    also, if you could provide the error message or why the forum is not working, it would be easier for other members to help you.

    I have no experience with this, so I cannot help directly, but here is the manual from vBulletin, which seems to give detailed instructions.

    you can back up your DB using Vbulletin, if its not too large.
    Just did it last night.
    There is an option, tools menu (?) that you can choose.
