My very first advice is that you can't monetize this website if you are posting the link of your website in the forum. But okay, I visited your website. I saw that you already have ads and doing pretty good in your FB fan page. So are these ads not giving you $ currently?

 

if you wanted to place here a post to get a backlink, it is not really smart. However if you really want to monetize it, just google how to do that.
