Need Help To Make Sure Worker Doesn't Backstab Me...

    hey,

    I'm going to hire a person to work 4 hours a day, 6 days a week to create streaming video sites and need a few ideas.

    Firstly I want it to be all autopilot, so the person does everything and I don't need to check anything.

    So in order to fulfill this as I'll be going away on holiday quite frequently I need this person to purchase domains for me, using paypal (any ideas of giving a limit of $23.55 so the person can purchase the 3 streaming site domains each month and no more). Add the name servers to the godaddy account (will create a seperate account for this person). Upload the domain to the cpanel and use fantastico to create the blog. (nothing real risky here other than using the hosting himself). But any ideas for getting the adsense, adbrite and clicksor codes ads for me and uploading them, how can I do this without the person changing any personal information. Is there an option so the person can just create and put ads up, but not change any contact info or anything. Like a google/adbrite/clicksor sub account?

    What do you mean by 3 domain everymonth.. All domain nowdays are paid yearly. There is no way you can do this without a trusted person.

    If you are looking for someone to redesign vShare I can do it for you Kazeebo.com is an example of modified vShare theme. Also I do a custom script for view video page on which remove the code which cause a high CPU load.

    well being as you are going to give them their own account - just only keep say 30.00 in that account for them to buy the domains for you.

    As for the rest - even though you will be away from the office, can't you check your adsense and other programs as well as your web sites yourself to be sure he/she is not doing anything wrong?

    I also would be sure to have them sign a contract with you. Look into what the laws say about this, I would think if one did you wrong while working for you it would be illegal and you could press charges.

    How much are you willing to pay to whom work with you? IF you pay em enuff I dont think they will backstab you in the back..
