    I think wikipedia only accept links which are quite relevant and followed by their TOS.

    Its not even worth trying; your link will be deleted quicker than the time it took to add it. Also, all external links from wikipedia are nofollow.

    Getting a link from Wikipedia is very difficult, and if you do manage it, its unlikely to remain in place for any length of time.
