    Do some do-follow blog commenting and directory and SB sites submissions make atleast 500 pr 2-5 backlinks then you can achieve PR2 or PR3 for your page..

    Focus more time on building backlinks and make sure that you're using sites within good neighborhood to make sure that you don't jeopardize your SEO effort.
