    Hi Arifsha if you have been rejected 6 times then don't think of applying again it is just waste you content is major problem for it, Create unique content with copy-scape don't copy content, I would recommend to go with alternatives you can try other ppc networks they are plenty.

    if content is unique and websites is ready to go ,i mean not under construction or not in fully working .Then they will approve you straight away .But if you are under construction etc then don't think they gonna approve you .
