Need Help to fix Resolver Dns

hello sir

when my site on shared hosting it was open normally to all users

but when i take vps

its not open in my pc

but when i put google public dns in my pc 8.8.8.8

site start opening in my pc

but its not possible to change all over traffic to 8.8.8.8

so i want this plz help me out my site start open to all over world to normal user also

which no use any dns

....

some one say to me to use dns server thats a resolver also

if its yes to solve my problem so plz tell me who is the best and secure DNS server

i am from india

and my server from usa godaddy

 

OP's ID and his "location" did not reflect his ability/knowledge in a very basic issue. 

 

Sounds like you need to install DNS on your server or contact your VPS provider and see if they will host your DNS zone.
You then need to update your DNS name servers with your Domain Registrar. If you setup your own DNS server you will also need to include a couple of DNS helper records for the actual name servers themselves.
