Need Help To Find WP Theme

Hi Guys!
I m a new user of WordPress and i want to Get Free or Premium Wordpress Theme on my choice
1: Theme is design for Production and its contain the title banner of Flash Movie (SWF)
2: New Posts is shows in Feature Comments Box
3: its look like creative and also space for the ads

To be honest I am no longer using them as I find the "Backend" in commercial templates makes my work so much easier that it's worth the investment.
