Hello, recently I got a request to create a website similar to the one already functioning on the internet. So, I have an example: www.namai.lt and need to set the price for that project (only programming - without design). How much would you take for such project? Short description of the site (namai.lt): it is real estate business portal, where people can post their adds (with photos) about real estate for sale and find real estate to buy. Real estate is classified: apartaments, for commercial use, houses for rent, size, materials used and etc. There is "registered user" function designed to store personal contact data on the server for future reference. Also there are 2 options to search the database: simple and advanced, and special menu with articles about real estate (how to buy, bank loans and etc.) Thank You all in advance! Deivis
