    I want a build a website for my Agency. i know how to convert PSD to HTML But i need to help on Back End work. here i have a section of "Reservation". For that I need some help with back end development and setup payment getaway. please suggest best thing fr my work.

    Hire a coder/developer. Converting a PSD to HTML is not coding, and probably the result is a horrible, horrible attempt at proper HTML/CSS. Hire a web-developer.

    Web logo design pros apps like Dreamweaver are fine, but if you want to be able to build modern responsive HTML5 based websites, then these apps will get in the way of you learning (because you have to learn the app on top of the code) … and will actually slow you down!

    Why don't you hire freelancer? And I would agree that converting PSD to HTML is not about coding. Applying this by your own will not bring fruitful result.
