    I recently installed wordpress in three new sites. I found that the blog posts I made, blog rolls, archives, category are all appearing as do follow links in two sites and NO FOLLOW in the other site.

    I tried changing the themes, but that is of no use.

    I am in a desperate need to make it do follow. Someone with experience in such issue, kindly come forward to help me.

    Thanks in advance

    {MODS, I posted the same thread to link development section @ http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=12200240#post12200240. Kindly remove that thread. I believe this is the best position for this thread.}

    After analysing all the things involved between the 3 blogs, I found wordpress as the problem...

    The two blogs with do follow is installed with version 2.8 while the one with no follow attribute is installed with 2.8.2.

    I firmly believe that is the reason.

    Anyone installed wordpress 2.8.2? Kindly check whether your links are do follow throughout your blog...

    Looking for someone to confirm this.

    Thanks vithca for you interest in helping me..

    That is meant only for making comments as Do follow.. Problem is that I need the blogroll and all other links including the posts permalink to be do follow..

    Weird, I haven't heard anything about WP 2.8.2 but 2.8.3 is out. If 8.2 is acting weird, try another upgrade. I don't have any weird nofollow links on the 2.8.3 version.

    If you have dofollow, there is a high risk of link spam coming into your sites.

    Yes I put Dofollow and I am getting a lot of spam to take care of but I do fo now. When I will have enough of it, I will go for nofollow again!!!
    May be soon ! :)

    If you have dreamweaver you can just download all your files then search Entire Site code for nofollow then delete the tag from wherever you don't want it to be.
