Need help to build a script in php for a hairdresser

I have a project related to hair salon.
I would like a virtual booking reservation for a hair salon in php/mysql for customers easy to fill and i would like the feature to be able to send sms to customers to remember them their appointement with the hour and the adress of the appointement.
The interface will be like a calendar with week days customisable for every hair salon.

Can someone help me ?

Hmmm...
i can do that but we need working SMS Gateway for that to send SMS automatically!
