hello; I recently installed word press and did setup a blog, everything is OK, but now i want to automate the ping process after a post, I did use a site for pinging my blog manually before, but now that I want to automate the process where should I find links for blog directories to past it into the WP? thank you for your help. MANY are out-of-date, but it still is a good resource: http://www.rss-specifications.com/rss-submission.htm here is another list - they have a pop up ad, I have not tried them yet, so I do not know how good the list is: http://www.toprankresults.com/blog-submit-list.htm A lot of the Blog directories insist on you giving them a back-link before they list you, some do not tell you this untill you have gone through the whole fill-in-the-form circus. Most want you to submit only once, not to ping. pingomatic.com seems to have the ones that want pings covered, perhaps you can paste in them and be done.
