Need help to ascertain host ip.

    For first. sry if this wrong please to ask or against of rules.

    I dont know if this is possible but i want know, For Whom this ip belong, what host, who is providing this server.etc.. ip is "94.23.70.80"


    Thanks for helping and again if this is posted wrong section please moved or if this is against to rules, you should delte this.. I am very sry.
