Need help, tips and recomendation

i cant find good hosting
no one offer reliable and fast support replay
i need reseller hosting with large bd for huge proxy network and other projects
of course it has to allow proxy and be fast and allway online
my last host was 99,99% Down .. LOL

so any tips, recomendation ?

 

It will be hard to find a site that lets you host proxies, since it causes high server load and high bandwidth usage.

budget for proxy hosting wont be upto 10$ monthly (reseller)

and my real good host wich shuold NOT allow proxy i might invest upto 20$ for reseller monthly

again here ill make full search and look for good site review cause now a day everyone claim to be reliable and good .... when all are crap

Proxy sites aren't stable on shared environment you need to go for a low end dedicated server.
