Need help straightening out CSS order

    I have a site here where the CSS is out of order. The main "A" tags take over the entire sheet, etc. and I am simply out of time to try to sort this out.

    Can some one take a look at the style sheet and let me know if they can get it in the right order for $10 via PayPal?

    First reply gets the money.
