Have you try to tried to rebuild your sitemap in your sitemap plugins option? If you do this, you might solve your problems.
XML stylesheets are not read by search engines anyways. Just remove the reference to it. It's purely for users viewing the sitemap in a browser. You can try read this xml sitemap xls question/answer for more info.
