Need Help Setting Up Shop Please!

I am considering creating a website where people can list their item for sale, and set up basic fee's like how eBay does. I do not want auctions, just listings.

I was considering just taking 15% of the sale price? Or what would be the best way of collecting a fee while still paying the members?

    Thanks

commission per sales is better. But you should market the site well to get more customers.

Charge an Initial Fee in case they pull out or anything.

Then take commission on the sale.

15 percent is way too high.
    Charge a listing fee.

15% is too high it will have bad effect on the long run.
I suggest you to put it at reasonable rate around 2%
