need help setting up keyword tracking - sub id

    my landing page is in html and I have basic html skills but, I think this code might have to be written in php, i'm hoping somebody could help.

    my landing page is going to have a box for a promo code which is actually going to be the sub-id that is appended to the affiliate link.

    although i would like to go to a redirect page before going to the merchant.

    so it would be like this

    landing page (enter promo code)---->redirect page---->merchant's page with url + promo code, example: hxxp://merchantspage.com?sub=xxx
