Need Help Setting UP Co-op Advertising Network

    My site is hosted by Yahoo Merchant Solutions. My pages are standard html code, edited in the Yahoo Sitebuilder software. I have tried setting up the co-op ad network on my site but it doesn't work.
    Has anyone had this experience with Yahoo Merchant solutions....if so can you help me, please?

    I created the ad_network_140.php file for "text links only".
    Created the empty file named htaccess.
    Added the <?php........?> code to the index page.

    Then, tried to validate, but it didn't work.

    Should I have used the shtml code on the index page?

    You cannot add php code to a standard html page without altering how the pages are parsed in your htaccess file.

    Do you have access to the htaccess file? if not then maybe you will not be able to use coop unless you can rename the page shtml and you can set up the site to parse shtml pages the same way as php pages.
