    If you want to sell gambling links, you will have to find a different payment provider. And you may have to make refunds, depending on when you accepted the links. PayPal hasn't always had this policy.

    This might stop url to pass through paypal site, but there have been instances wherein paypal search the site and inform that there are gambling links.. see this post:

    My 2c don't take risk with gambling links.
