Need help removing neg iTrader feedback

    I left negative iTrader feedback on another DP user for appropriate reasons. Since then, the other user has resolved the situation and I would like to withdraw my negative feedback or at least update the feedback to reflect that they eventually resolved the situation.

    Someone please advise how i may do so. Thanks for your help.
