So, i gave my pc for a format, and that guy took it to his office to format. Later when i recieved the pc back, everything worked fine, except the games that used to work before don't work anymore.

My cpu is an assembled one. And all the games worked fine before.

    here is the dxdiag screenshot.

NOTE: open the images in new tab, if don't work

How is that my chipsets are n/a. all my games worked before. Is it possible to somehow remove them?

Screenshots aren't showing up. Check your graphics driver and make sure it's up to date.

The games used to work before. Is it possible to remove the previous chipset?

No, you need to update your video driver. Find out the name and model number on your video card and download the latest drivers. If it's onboard, you will need the motherboard drivers.

Hello. Thanks for the response. But, there is no video card in it. I mean, the screenshot shows there is none.
    What drivers should i get?

I think a fresh new software is the better option.
