hi, i am a newbie entered into business here on DP. i was offering blog posting services + blogroll link sales on DP and made few bucks from here. i made a new PayPal account and used to take payment into that. after sometime, they limited my account and asked for verification papers. i Faxed them all relavant details. now they are asking repeatedly for inventory details for a couple of payments.
Now that i provided services and not any physical products, how can i satisfy them and release my payment from PayPal? i already faxed them in writing and provided them with DP thread URL's too as a proof of nothing physical delivery but they still mailed me and asked for invoices regarding delivery to those inventory.
Pls Guide me what to do now?
    thnx

Is your account credit card verified? If no than they wiil need one in case your transactions are large enough to catch their eye. Verfy it with a VCC if you dont have a credit card

    Call them up?

They will take that seriously and will unlimit your account. Speak a bit rude, for my sake :p

call them including your investigation or limit id , and said them your problem , it can solve your problem , but you need to be cc verified , or if you verified via vcc forget ur acc.

    LOL, good one.

PayPal hasn't made too many friends have they? The service works ok, but when you have a problem, it seems as though the people at PayPal can't think outside the box.

And for some reason, no matter what issue you bring up to them, they seem to only rely on sending form email messages that never seem to directly address your issue.

Either way, they give you your money back after six months.

Don't be too optimistic about getting anywhere on the phone - PayPal are notoriously arrogant with customer complaints and issues.
