I always use PRweb - It is a bit expensive but they submit to dozens of great article sites and news feeds and will provide you with a follow-up report after they are finished. That way you can check their work and my clients and I have always been satisfied with their service. Otherwise just google for some press release sites and start submitting them manually yourself. I did one google search and found dozens.
