Need Help Regarding Netsafe,hdfc Bank

    Hey guys,my Paypal account has got near about 80$,but im not able to withdraw that,as my sending limits has been decreased to .02$.
    So i need to add a credit card now in order to lift that.

    And i dont want to waste money in buyibg a VCC also.
    I have heard that,we can get VCC for FREE from NetSafe,HDFC BANK.
    SO is this true??
    if yes,then how???

    I badly need to withdraw my money now..
    Please help.....

    Nothing is for Free. Many know about netsafe since all are following the rules so No One is going to tell you about Netsafe Cards.

    Yes HDFC bank provide a online Service NetSafe. You can get more information from here:

    You have to need HDFC Bank account.

    Don't worry! You can easily make a Netsafe account with your netbanking passwords and generate your VCC Cards online itself.
