Need help regarding my website ranking drop due to Google penguin update?

    Hi everyone,


    i have two websites related to same business and i am targeting same keywords for both websites but last month(24th April) when Google penguin updated my 1 website ranking dropped too much before 24th April that website keywords are ranked on 2nd or 3rd page but after penguin they are not in top 30 pages.i already check keywords density and content and all remaining ON page issues all are fine.Can anybody please tell me what was the reasons why ranking was drop of that website? any body also facing this type of problem ? now what can i do to get back that website ranking ?

    You said you checked your content - is the content good quality; is the content informative and related to the general theme of your blog/website; are your content pages long in terms of word count (you should be aiming for over 600 words per page, in my opinion). All these Google algo changes are to try and weed out poor quality sites, as you probably know. But do you know (in all honesty) if your site could be deemed as a good quality one...?

    Just my 2 cents worth...

    It's not always about page rank updates. Google is a dynamic changing search engine and will constantly compare sites against each other causing wide changes in the SERPS results. It is likely to settle down again, just keep building unique high quality content and keep backlinking

    Keep adding fresh quality content to your site. Perhaps try including additional keywords and keyword strings? And keep creating backlinks as well. All of that may help you with future updates.
