how do I find blogs where I can comment for link building purposes? Secondly, how should I place links (whether to link URL to my name or to the keywords) so that the owner of the blog let them stay there?

you can find such blogs in google... but in comment posting for blogs, the important thing is you should place comments or links on those blogpost which are related to your sites (Sharing same theme).. bcoz it will get you many visitors to your site also..

nd if they find ur site related to the blogpost they were seeing, you may get business also...

find the dofollow blog in your niche (use firefox plugin) , and do comment often. You will get juicy linkback.

Just look at what others are doing. Look at the previous comments. If all commenters use Name Surname, then obviously the admin will delete comments that link via "buy pills online" LOL :D . Whereas, if there are some previous comments using keyworded name, just go for it - shows that the admin duznt care.

You can find dofollow blog in dofollow search engine. you can provide comment to related contents of blogs. After authors moderation your comment will be online with your site URL which is going to be a back link to yur site.

Try to make sure your comments are not spammy and that they contribute to the article. If they come off as spammy, chances are you will have a hard time getting them approved.

Dont even waste your time with blog comments. Most are no follow anyways .... go for quality links on high PR websites.
