Need Help regarding Blogger Post title Customizatiom

    Hello

    I have a blog for which the post title has <h3> Heading.I want to change the <h3> heading for post title to <h2>

    Plz help me for this problem.I have heard from DP members on SEO Forums that it will help in SEO
