Need Help Recoding Wordpress Theme

I recently had a horrible experience with a design company. I will not name them but the code created for my blog is horrible. It's jumbled and all over the place. What I am requesting is a clean code, which I'm able to utilize and edit at will. At this point I'm so frustrated and would like to hear any positive feedback. Thanks

 

Without a link to your site, or a snippet of your code, it is very difficult to offer any assistance.

 

It may not be that the code is jumbled, but your settings for whatever you are using to see it.

 

Please do share some additional details. Give us a link to what has been built, along with a list of where you feel the current site is lacking and the kinds of suggestions you're looking for.
