Need help rebuilding a site - lost site on old server

hello-

I have a site I need reconstructed. I lost the site files on my old server and am going to reregister the domain name. It also needs a simple redesign the year needs to be updated to 2009 version.

I lost the site files, but the site content is saved on a couple of other sites. The images & content are all on other sites, I just don't have the expertise to rebuild it.

Let me know if you are able to help, the site is only 4 pages. All of the content is written, I would like the site online in 48-72 hours. I will pay via paypal when the project is complete.
