hi, since this is the only forum I participate in, I was wondering if anyone could help me recognize a doctor's slip handwriting...

i know that the top line says: Thalassemia, but I can't recognize the bottom medical term.

the top line says thalassemia as well but i can't recognize what the bottom line says.

btw this slip is for my parents, not me.
    thanks in advance.

Assessment if those 'pipes' are ss as you say in the first line.

Second bit first word seems to say hepatitis.

3d word on second pic seems to be Infection.

Would make sense.. Hepatits B [something] infection. Something could read 'minor'.

The doc could indeed make more sense out of it.
