Well, 42mbs isn't really a lot of space for video hosting. It's almost like a single clip thing or images. It kinda reminds me of rapidshare. Where pretty much you can get everything bootleg off it. So to start, I am sure you have a lot of server space. Maybe talk with some small video sites about hosting some of there videos in exchange for advertising. Mythica.org, is a site very similar and it only deals with gaming videos. It is massive and all it's advertising came from pretty much 3 sites. BYGforum.com, Halo3forum.com, Halownage.com So maybe look into giving registerd members a higher maximum upload.
