    helo.. can any one tell me how can i post a POST link announcement post which will on the top all the time no matter how many post i post... have i explain my self clearly??

    like a main post i have a blog www.pccunion.com i need a post will be on top of the page... please help

    Use a plugin. Try to find it on wordpress.org. ( WP-Sticky plugin i think)
