Hello I'm a WebHosting Provider and in the last days i had received an PayPal Payment using stolen creditcard. well, after 4 days from the payment my paypal account get's suspended , Reason : Not autorized payment Received i had call paypal and talk to them and they told me that you have receive an payment Fraud, and we gonna put the money on your account on Hold For 180Days , is to receive an fraud payment is the Problem of the Seller ? I Really need PayPal for my work [ Pay , get Paid ] And i want to open another PayPal account, is this allowed ? what is the solutions you advice me with it to get another PayPal account I'm Located ON : USA [ USA PayPal ]. Call them again and be persuasive in your explanation. Plead them of your innocence and try to convince them that you are a genuine person doing a business honestly. Show them proof about your first time involvement with this client and that you had no inkling of his misdeed. If your account is old, cite them several transactions of the past and how you have been fair... all this while! If you are and have been honest, there is no need to be worried and instead make them pay attention to undo the damage! I am sure correct representation should make them understand your problem. As far as opening another paypal account, you can -- although there is restrictions. You can only have one basic paypal account and either a premier or business account. You can't have two business accounts or two premier accounts.
There is always an option to open another Paypal account... in the name of a close family member! Regards, RightMan

What if i change the Phone Number & Billing adresse ? or i need to register with onother adresse not change it ? i mean what about if i register with the same adresse, and after the registration i change the info is that will run or in risk ? because i had opened another one, or i need to close it and open a new one ? Paypal only allows for two acounts per person, one personal and one premier/business. No other options exists! No exceptions! Don't belive stupid people saying "I open second account" they are either stupid, are soon to get banned from Paypal or never receive any funds anyway so Paypal don't care. But they do random scans, and when they come accross same name on accounts, especially new accounts opened up after problem on account nr 1 are noted, they sure will look closely into this. Best way is to write down your case, calmly and efficiently and send it to Paypal. And as long as you write with a professional and factual style, keeping personal bullshit out of the letter, they areinterested in doing business and will do so with people acting professional and honest.
To put it simply, you could have registered with same name but different address as there can exist two different individuals with same name. Also you could have used same address but with different name... as Paypal does allow different person from same family to own their own individual paypal account. Regards, RightMan
First thing first is to send your ID to paypal to verify, work with their security / fraud team to resolve the problem. 2nd is to open a basic account for your basic needs of paypal, 3rd, move to alertpay.
well you can open 2 accounts with paypal.one is personal and one is business,and if your first account is business,then you can open another personal acct,and later upgrade it to premium
