Hi guys. I have this blog site at http://www.competitivecyclist.blogspot.com. Its about 2 months old and would like to seek comments or suggestions on how I would get more email/rss reader subscribers,regular visits or any advice in general. Secondly, I was wondering if you guys know of a personalized e-mailing software ( preferrebly a free one ) where-in I could pre-format the content and just type-in their names and email addresses and would not be considered a spam.
