Hello, I started my blog, TurboAddict.com, about 85 days ago. Since I started it, the site has gained a PR2 and gets around 20-25 unique views a day, without me having to do anything. Very soon I am going to go back to full force with marketing, writing daily, gaining backlinks different types of ways, and so on... and will not stop. The only reason I took a break was to finish up my semester of school strong. I have tons of ideas for content and I definitely have no trouble coming up with new things to expand the site. The list just keeps growing as I brainstorm, but I want to take it one day at a time. I know how to get quality back links for free from PR auto sites, and gaining traffic is no issue right now, as I am getting mostly Search Engine traffic, so all I need to do is take action now and expand it. Before I get too involved and expand to far, I need some suggestions from you guys to guide me... What I need is advice on how to monetize the site. I want to be able to gain revenues until I get to the point where I can open my own online performance site selling car parts. However, I will not be doing that for a couple of years, but I wanted to start building my site now. I currently am running Google's ads as you can see and get a couple clicks a week, which I think is not to bad considering I haven't really put much work towards it for about a month. So, what do you think would bring in the most revenues for my automotive related blog? Selling links? Selling ad-spaces? Selling Posts? Keeping Google Ads? Running another ad program? Any other ideas? I also don't want to hurt my PR or my site with too many paid posts or anything like that which I heard search engines penalize for sometimes, so please keep that in mind when suggesting. Thanks in advance for all the help and look forward to seeing what you guys think I should do.
