Need Help Picking The Script

    I need a content managment system that is to hard to use.

    I just need the script to be able to post things such as apartment, resturants, but its not a real estate website its going to be more of a rating site where people post there bad experiance in these places and others can comment them as well. Its going to be a website that has places NOT to go and people post there storys i want this to be a community as well so people can sign up

    what is the best script i can get for this?

    well try Joomla.. you can make various Changes in it :)

    i found a plugin for joomla its called jreview but i dont know how to do a template and all that

    how much would it be for someone to assist me?

    wordpress blog can do it with some plugin. i just done it for my friend. contact me if u need one.
